Would the suggested fillers for a GTAW/SMAW procedure be ER70S-6 and E-7018-1 ?  Thanks for your suggestions

i would think that a er70s-2 or -3 would provide much more ductile root passes and less likely to crack.

personally....i do not like er70 s-6.  too hard

Also, ER70S-6 can exceed the ASME Section IX A number 1 limits.  It isn't preferred for sour service to my knowledge.  7018-1 is suitable.  Some manufacturers make some 7018 that is designed for PWHT.  Don't use one of those unless you are doing PWHT, as it can have a higher hardness without PWHT.
