Split core ct use in a power transformer

Split core ct use in a power transformer

(OP)
Does anyone have experience with FAGET TM2000 CT's?  I have a power transformer supplier quoting these CT's in a proposed unit - 70MVA 138kV-26.4kV delta-wye gnd.  I'm somewhat concerned with using split-core CT's in a power transformer for protection.

Any feedback on these ct's or on the use of split-core ct's in a power transformer would be appreciated.

RE: Split core ct use in a power transformer

Where are the CTs being installed? I think the type CT you reference is for installation on <600V bus bar.

When you say "CTs used in power transformer" I tend to think of CTs installed about the transformer bushings (normally under oil in a transformer).
