L-RTM tooling problem

L-RTM tooling problem

(OP)
I am trying to solve a problem to produce panels ( 1m to 1m) with multiple dimensions. I need to keep the tooling cost in minimum. I would like to modify the width only symmetrically = the center would always remain and only the sides would be interchangeable inserts in the mold? The main problem and difficulty is that the visible side will be painted (not A1). I'd like to avoid all manual sanding after the molding.

Would someone have experience how to do this?
