thermal structural analysis of composite beam

thermal structural analysis of composite beam

thermal structural analysis of composite beam

(OP)
With all my best wishes...
I'm trying to analyze a 3-D simply supported steel-concrete composite beam under high temperature ,then i must carrying out the thermal analysis followed by structural analysis .The composite beam consist of steel I section connected to reinforced concrete slab by the means of stud shear connectors; then if you please , initially i ask about the basic steps to carryout the thermal analysis ,i  have to applied the temperature-time curve(fire test) on the composite beam from the bottom(i.e. on the three sides of the steel section because the upper flange will be protected by the R.C.slab and the upper surface of the slab will be under ambient temperature),  then i ask about the element types that i need to simulate my problem thermally, and if i have to  simulate the reinforcement, interface(contact) and the shear connectors in the thermal analysis? or only in the structural analysis? if these components will effect on the temperature distribution?
i wish to have answers to my problem
thank you in advance...
