The design Guide 17 is good book, but the reason i was interested in bolt design and weld book was
1) I have rarely come across a book which explains if i rotate my bolts/ or anchors in some direction what is the results, will it reduce momemnts or is is a flaw to design  in such a way..
I wanted to see some HILTI examples using ASD format..
Reason is the edge distance and spacing factors

Do i need to multiply twice to get fa if i have 4 bolts  and 2 rows

and spacing in both directions remains the same, do i have multiply ege distance also the same way..
