Replacing the cooling water to chilled water

(OP)
Hi everybody,

In petroleum refinery in addition to implementing pinch in certain potential area & in addition  to usage of air coolers, there are cooling water exchangers installed in the process units like in CDU,P-XYLENE Aromatics complex,FCC,Coker etc. Is there any potential area where we can think to replace with chilled water for energy saving/optimization purpose , any sharing of case studies will be highly appreciated ?

Thanks in advance to all of you
