Any ideas on sub-base material and thickness under 6" on 1" gravel parking lot?

Is this a good thickness and size for a parking lot used by big equipments and big salt/snow blow trucks.

Thanks

RE: Cross Section on Gravel Parking Lot

Don't know what a "6" on 1" gravel parking lot" consists of.

However, as a minimum, you should specify a minimum of 4" of crushed stone base course (CA-6) on top of a compacted sub-grade. Bituminuous surface mix should be 2" surface course on top of a 6" binder course for a total of 8" thick bituminous.
