Hi there,

Does anyone have experience of carrying out a helical sweep / extrude within Hypermesh?

u can extrude the helical feature using any solid modelling software and the import that thing in to the hypermesh and mesh it with tet elements
hypermesh is not a software for modelling such typical geometry and u can model upto 2d geometry fairly in hypermesh ,for 3d it is not recomendable
