Cosmetic Threads

Cosmetic Threads

(OP)
One of the biggest mysteries in the world to me is cosmetic threads.  It seems to me like SW is very inconsistent in how it displays these in a model (sometimes does, sometimes doesnt).  But I assume it's me not entirely understanding the controls for these.  Can anyone shed some light on this for me.

Thanks

RE: Cosmetic Threads

Can you be a bit more specific of the problems you are seeing.

There are several different settings which can affect the cosmetic thread appearance in the various SW documents.

cheers

best if i post pics, I forget how to do that here.  anyone know?

RE: Cosmetic Threads

If the problem is that you are not seeing the cosmetic threads and textures in the model, check that View > All Annotations is selected.

cheers
