SW2009 Sneak Peaks

(OP)
I've only recently installed SW08 but after reading Mike Puckett's blog, I'm already looking forward to SW2009.

The following was gleaned from http://designsmarter.typepad.com/mikepuckett/2008/01/solidworks-wo-3.html

Dimensioning of sketch elements as they are created.
Better slot sketching tool.
BOM functionality in the assy model!
Option to propagate assy features down to the part level.
Ability to use negative numbers in dimensions!!!!
"Magnifying Glass" tool to allow local zoom in without having to constantly pan, zoom-in & zoom-out.
A Measure tool that support dual units.
Bi-directional Title Block tool.

cheers

RE: SW2009 Sneak Peaks

Yeah, that was some pretty cool stuff they showed. They also alluded to spending more time making sure stuff was working correctly even before it got to QA. Sounds like they took all of our complaining about a more stable product to heart.
