All the CSWP's that attended the offsite at SWW08 got the flash drive/hasp key with SolidWorks on it.  They are just rolling it out for testing and user feedback.

Unfortunately, at this time, they are not distributing it to a wider group of users.

I was in a hurry and didn't see that it was an SWW deal.  Guess I should have gone this year.
