How to modify part body after generating CATPart from Product?

How to modify part body after generating CATPart from Product?

How to modify part body after generating CATPart from Product?

(OP)
Following CATIA User's document of "Generating CATPart from Product", some part bodies are created in the generated CATPart, but these part bodies seem not editable.

Dimensions in original Product can be modified, though. If the origianl Product is not available any more, how to modify part bodies in the generated CATPart?

Generating CATPart from Product

This task will show you how to generate a CATPart from a product.

When you are generating the CATPart:

The command will capture all geometrical representation detected in all activated nodes that are children of the selected node. Each geometrical representation found, will be created in the CATPart as an isolated body.

Thanks, Dreamer.

Is is possible to modify the isolated body, such as dimensions, in the created CATPart?

You can perform additional solid based commands to the result solid. (Pad, Pocket, shell.....)

Thanks.

It seems the dimensions of created isolated body itself are not editable. Too bad...
