Irritating Callouts

Irritating Callouts

Irritating Callouts

(OP)
Hi all,

In drawings, the pointer has a shadowed grey box next to it which shows the feature name, dimension name, sheet number, etc. depending on what's been clicked or what the pointer is hanging over.  This appears to be slowing down the performance of the PC, beacuse it seems to be too busy showing this box, flickering away like a demented thing, than processing my next command.  I've looked through help, but I can't see an obvious way to switch this off, if it can be at all.  Can anyone help?

Conrad.
