battery pack construction

(OP)
I am working on a project that requires a very small battery pack. The requirement is for a 200mAh 9-14 volt battery, that is as small as possible.

My thoughts are to put 3 3.7 volt 200mAh cells in series. The cells will be encased and I will need to setup a simple method to charge the cells as well.

I am not an Electrical Engineer but have done some EE work. I have looked at a couple of different comericial options to fill the need, but have not been happy with most. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

RE: battery pack construction

Try Valence in Texas for the most energy per volume and the processors to achieve level charging.
