Does anyone know what harm will solution annealing of 347H welds at 1900F do vs. at 2050F?

I see that I misunderstood your OP. Sorry about that. The lower temperature (1900 deg F) is not advisable for these Grades because you will not completely dissolve all of the carbon and associated precipitates in solution from fabrication (welding). So, you need to go to at least 2000 deg F.

The good thing about the high temp anneals is that the times are fairly short. Make sure that you clean well first.
