Design Information on Tilt-up walls

Design Information on Tilt-up walls

(OP)
Where can I find design examples, information and details
for Tilt-up walls?

RE: Design Information on Tilt-up walls

PCA Notes on ACI 318 usually has a few examples.  Check also the TCA.

RE: Design Information on Tilt-up walls

TCA's Tilt-up Construction and Engineering Manual is a good resource.

RE: Design Information on Tilt-up walls

Also, the ACI code of standard practice manuals of some design examples, or at least my old version does.

RE: Design Information on Tilt-up walls

In 1979, PCA put out a design manual entitled "Tilt-up Load-Bearing Walls".  This was a design aid/Engineering Bulletin.
Very helpful with lots of design tables and theory.

Also, from PCA's "Design Notes on 318-77" there was a good design example on page 22-18 thru 22-37.
