STAAD.foundation Mat Foundation Punching Shear Check

(OP)
I have modeled a mat foundation on STAAD.foundation. The concrete compressive strength was assumed to be 4000 psi. In the help menu of STAAD.foundation, it was reported that ACI 318 was used in punching shear calculations. The program calculates the allowable punching shear stress as 0.298 kip/in^2 but in my opinion it can not be great than 4*0.75*sqrt(4000)/1000= 0.18974 ksi. It is also reported in help menu that 0.75 is used as strength reduction factor. Is there anybody who knows how STAAD.foundation calculates punching shear strength?
Thank you for yout help
