Family Table Question

Family Table Question

Family Table Question

(OP)
I have a part with an OD and ID.  There is a family table on this part where the ID feature is set to NO.  In this case, I need the dimension of the ID to be left blank.  When I do this in the part mode, the family table cannot verify the instance.  Is there a way to make the cell show up as blank on the drawing and still have the family table not fail during verification?

RE: Family Table Question

I have not tried this but here is an idea. Create a text parameter "ID" to show in your family table. For any instances with not ID, have the parameter be blank, for the others, use the value of the ID as text and create relations to set the actual values.
