EE Consulting for Mining Facilities

(OP)
Dear Associates,
I am a PE doing consulting work for industries and I have a strong background and experience in mine power for draglines, power shovels, plant facilites etc.
I would like to do more consulting in this field but the local anthracite area is dead and mine operators don't like to pay for engineering but prefer to have someone "just build it"
Can you recommend a resource such as a posting, search firm etc to locate potential work.
thank you
Jim

RE: EE Consulting for Mining Facilities

infomine.com is a great resource for all things mining.  You might also try contacting groups like COSMET, SME, and WMEA to do some presentations of your capabilities.
