coating for construction framing

(OP)
We have metal construction that holds all the wet screening process area. During the years serious corrosion problems were accord around all the construction framing where most of the metal suffering from 5mm thickness parts that are all most fallen.

We are looking for spray coating material to stop the corrosion process hopefully coating material that will penetrate the corrosive layer and do the job.
No treatment of sandblast is possible at this site and the area is constantly wet and very dusty.

RE: coating for construction framing

First use a "rust converting" primer, to stabilise / slow down the current corrosin rate. Then use a suitable paint for your corrosive environment. However, don't expect miracles, painting in the environment you describe it, the paint will be porous as sift, don't bother with holiday test. Also, do you have enough metal left to paint?
cheers,
