Hot oil become solid coke and plug inside coils

Hot oil become solid coke and plug inside coils

Hot oil become solid coke and plug inside coils

(OP)
There is the hot oil heater for LPG fractionation plant. The air was trapped inside the coils and the hot oil inside the coils become piece of solid coke and plug inside after period of hot flue gas heating outside.
Could someone advise, how to disollve the hot oil solid coke, break it or make it smaller?
Otherwise the several coils should be cut and perform mechanical clean.
Any other engineering method to solve this problem?
Thanks for all advise.

RE: Hot oil become solid coke and plug inside coils

use a plumbers flaxible cable (the onece used to clean WC)

RE: Hot oil become solid coke and plug inside coils

Use a high pressure water jet nozzle on the end of a high pressure hose. The nozzle can be homemade, with one forward jet and 4 jets angled back to push the nozzle forward into the coil. Has been used by Halliburton to clear cemented pipelines for many years. All dependent on the id of the coils of course.
