"file is empty"/"file cannot be retrieved" Ilink 3.4, WF2.0

I recently installed Intralink 3.4 M030 and Wildfire 2.0 M230 on a new PC.  I was running Intralink 3.4 M020 and Wildfire 2.0 M190 on my old machine.

After getting everything running I imported a dump file from the old machine, and ran the patch command, as directed.  I am now able to see all my old files in the Commonspace, check them out to a Workspace, and see them in Pro/e, but when I try to open them I getting error saying the file is empty, and cannot be opened.

I am able to create new files, and save them, and everything seems to be operating correctly for them, just no luck with anything I imported...

any thoughts?
