Is there a way to print the whole screen, for example I need to print the model along with its feature manager tree, would that be possible? How?
Thanks

RE: Print Screen

With SW active, hit ALT-PRINT SCREEN on the keyboard.
Then PASTE into a Word document and print from there.

graet..thanks

RE: Print Screen

Just "Print Screen" and paste works for me.

RE: Print Screen

'Alt+prnt scrn' will print out the active window (i.e. error message), 'prnt scrn' will print everything, including what's on your second monitor.

That does save a lot of work cropping the image!

...or if you purchase Snagit, it does some very cool screen-shots.

RE: Print Screen

I use SPX Instant Screen Capture--a LOT.  Snagit and the others might even have more current updates than what I've got, but it's certainly nice to capture in formats other than .BMP (such as JPEG and PNG) for light-weight file sizes.  (I don't know why the Windows default is still BMP.)

RE: Print Screen

I've had good luck with Mirek's window snap.  You can save to multiple file types and use different window selection types.

It's free here:

I'm a Snag-It man, myself.  It allows you to do video capture as well.

RE: Print Screen

Paint used to work good with full print screen before they took out the option to resize or not resize the existing window when pasting.

Now it automatically resizes on paint does any one know how to get it to prompt?
