Information on how to design trays

(OP)
I just got a new job in a company that design Trays, structured packing and columns. I am a mechanical engineer so I don’t have any idea. Does anyone know a good website, book or magazine where I can go/get and learn more?

Thanks a lot.

RE: Information on how to design trays

If it is your company's business to design trays and packings then you should learn their methods.  If you want general background look in Perry's Chemical Engineers Handbook.
