I'm working on resolving 220k of shear at the base of my OCBF at the ground floor of my building. I have a 15" slab (9" slab + 6" drop) around the column for 10'x10' and am not worried about edge distance for the design. The question I have is how do I account for multiple shear lugs. I'm having trouble understanding what ACI 349 Appendix B is requiring. This is where the AISC Design Guide sent me. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

AISC Design Guides Nos. 1 and 7 give design procedures.

Rather than multiple shear lugs, you might considered an embedded plate (larger than column base plate) with studs (to transfer horizontal shear) and anchor bolts to attach to the base plate of the column. Field weld side plates from the column base plate to the embedded plate to transfer shear
