Hi, can you please identify this bolt from the attached photo. Interpolating the width across the flats results in a measurement of 1.80 inches.

The L7 label on the bolt is to identify it as grade L7 according to ASTM A 320/A 320M Standard Specification for Alloy/Steel Bolting Materials for Low-Temperature Service.  This grade has a minimum yield strength of 105 ksi, and a minimum tensile strength of 125 ksi.

The interlocking hexagons are the head identification symbol for KPF (a Korean company), the bolt's manufacturer.  They are included on page 98 of MIL-HDBK-57C LISTING OF FASTENER MANUFACTURER’S IDENTIFICATION SYMBOLS, which is available at ASSIST:
