Who is responsible to sign off a project when the sprinkler system is designed by a FP contractor according to specifications by the project engineer.  FP drawings and calcs submitted by contractor were sealed by PE.

It depends on the contractural agreements and the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.

In the state of TX, the LICENSED SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR is responsible.  Don't know about other states.
