HCBFlash suggested this forum may be more applicable to the question at hand, but I could find no guidance in the site policies on how to pull this off without being considered cross-posting, so here goes.

The gist of the question is what constitutes the green corrosion that builds up on copper wire used in motor terminations, and to what extent it is a problem in making low resistance connections.
