(OP)
I have been tasked with creating a spec sheet for BS EN 10216-1 (and a few others) pipe, how do I go about specifying the pipe (BS EN 10216-1), material/grade and knowing which wall thickness would be suitable for a PN16 rating?

I have experience with the American standards which when creating a pipe spec would look like this: Carbon Steel Pipe, A106 Grade B, dimensions to ASME B36.10 and using tables can select the correct schedule for the required pressure/temperature of the required pipe size.
