Rerating of pipe

Rerating of pipe

(OP)
Hi,
I have an existing pipe which has a design pressure of 6610kpa. A tie-in from a new equipment is to be done via a new pipe to this existing pipe. Like to know where I can find a guideline on the calcs.
Thanks.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I would like to do a rerating calcs for the existing pipe to see if it meets the new design pressure for the new equipment, 7240kpa.
Thanks.

RE: Rerating of pipe

You need a flange rating table and you need the original hydrotest pressure of the pipe.
