where do I find design information on chilled water system

where do I find design information on chilled water system. specifically for air conditioning purposes. I need to learn piping, pump selection, and different valves, air separator, exp tank etc required for the system and to be able to do chiiled water flow diagram. I already know how to do load calculations

One of your first sources should always be the ASHRAE Handbooks, in this case the HVAC Systems and Equipment Handbook.

All the McQuay guides (as recommended by krb above) that I have read have been good and included discussions on controls which are important for efficient operation.

Bell and Gossett has very good litrature and their school is called the Little Red House training programs.  Morton Grove near Chicago.
