Banana Jack

Banana Jack

Banana Jack

(OP)
Hi:

Can anyone give me a lead on where to source a plastic banana jack that looks like this used for a labratory equipment? Critical Dimensions are the 0.630 and the 0.085 shown on the side view.

Spec:
For sheathed banana plugs
Max Current 36A
Max Voltage 1000 V CAT III

Please see attached jpg of the jack and dimensions.

Thanks.

RE: Banana Jack

Doesn't look like a standard 4mm jack will be any good. There are a few rated for the current you seek, but the bodies are longer. Is this a replacement for one that exists or have you designed yourself into an impossible situation?
