Welded wire sandwich panel in ETABS

Welded wire sandwich panel in ETABS

(OP)
Hello, i need a tip on how to model "welded wire sandwich panels" on ETABS, i'm not sure if anybody here is familiar with this system, but it's popular in Latin America, specially in Mexico.

The structure that i'm modeling is a 2 story house, the lower floor walls consists of "confined masonry" and the upper floor  walls will have the panel that i mentioned before.

"Confined masonry" can be modeled as a brace, i guess that i could do the same for the panels the difference is that the confined masonry is not reinforced, another approach that i will try is to model the panels as a "dummy" and consider only it's weight, i'm not sure about this, if i model the masonry as a brace, the lower floor will be able to resist a lot more shear than the upper floor, and the other way is to model all the walls as dummy area elements and consider only the reinforced concrete frame, but i have tried this before and the frame elements will be unnecessarily bigger.

I need help with this, thanks.
