British SCI Floor Vibration Design Guide Question

British SCI Floor Vibration Design Guide Question

British SCI Floor Vibration Design Guide Question

(OP)
I'm working with the new document: "Design of Floors for Vibraiton: A New Approach."

I'm trying to figure out where Eq. 51 came from and I think I have figured it out.  I'd like some confirmation if anyone here knows for sure.

It looks to me like Eq. 51 comes from Eq. 33 assuming a step frequency of 2.2 Hz, the upper limit from Eq. 14.

Is this correct?  Confirmation would be greatly appreciated.
