Does someone know if this Power CB Total Clearing Time is a typo?

Does someone know if this Power CB Total Clearing Time is a typo?

(OP)
This is in relation with the arc fault experiments I was doing earlier on.

The  Federal Pioneer Power Breaker H-3 claims the total clearing including its USD relay is 34mS

The CB datasheet is located here:
http://www.schneider-electric.ca/www/en/products/switchgear/H-3_LV_Power_Air_Circuit_Breaker.pdf

On Page three of the CB’s datasheet, it says that the Total Clearing including Relay operation time is 34mSec.  This is a strange number, especially for such an old CB because modern Power CB typically have a total clearing time of 60mSec, and the fastest are maybe 50mSec. Thus, it makes me wonder if 34 mS is correct on the H-3 CB? That is one super fast power CB!   Is this a typo or is this correct?

For reference, the following is Schneider’s modern Masterpack Power CB
http://ecatalog.squared.com/techlib/displaydocument.cfm?id=0613CT0001&action=view
On page 175, it shows the Clearing time for the Masterpack at 60mSec.

Can anyone clear this up for me? I would much appreciate the help.
