5 MW generator - typical reactances and time constants

5 MW generator - typical reactances and time constants

(OP)
Looking for typical parameters, a small hydro machine, 5000 kVA,  450 rpm, 4.16 kV, pf 0.9, specifically some rough range for unsaturated reactances (pu): Xd, X'd, X"d, Xq, X1, X2 and X0 and open circuit time constants T'do, T"do, T'qo and T"qo.  Thank you for any help.

RE: 5 MW generator - typical reactances and time constants

Hi Ters.
From my papers.
subtransient reactance ( saturated) 12-30%    20-40%
transient reactance ( saturated)    20-45%    20-40%
synch reactance ( unsaturated)      80-180%   80-180%
saturated value are lower 5-10%
NS reactance  X2                    10-25%    30-50%
take in accounr X2=0.5(X"d+X"q), also for transient.
X0                                  5-20%      5-25%

This table actually for silent pole generators.
first column for the GEN with damper winding, second w/o.
Regards.
Slava
