Material inquiry (old WWII-era Werkstoff #)

(OP)
Our company is in the middle of a restoration project, and I came across some German WWII-era blueprints for some bolts. The werkstoff # is 1310.5, and I have been unable to identify the material (circa Nov. 1942). The blueprint also states "Hierzu Fertigungsanweisung JumN 52003.1-01" (concerning manufacturing instruction JumN 52003.1-01). Any help would be appreciated.
