Linking individual Excel cells

Linking individual Excel cells

(OP)
Is it possible to input individual cells from Excel into a drawing?

I have a lot grading plan for a residential sub division. I calculated all my lot grades (house, edge and corners for each of 100 lots) in an excel sheet. I order to transfer these to the drawing I had to re-enter each individual point elevation and then check each entry.

Needless to say that when the inevitable changes occurred the re-entry and rechecking were time consuming.

I can enter the complete sheet but I only want to link one cell to one location.

I am using 2000i LT.

Thanks

RE: Linking individual Excel cells

Can you get to VBA editor from LT?
If so, VBA allows interaction between Excel and Acad.
