Any one knows about electronic water level indicators in lieu of sightglass?
I haven't got the new Code an I need to find out the inclusion of electronic devices.

The only revisions in the 2007 Edition of ASME B&PV Code, Section I regarding PG-60.1 and associated subparagraphs are 60.1.1.4 and to 60.1.6.

Regarding PG-60.1.1.4 - this is a new subparagraph that deals with the type of sensing device (magnetically couples float inside a nonmagnetic cylinder) that is restricted to the requirements of PG12.2 and cleaning.

PG-60.1.6  the words in the first sentence that have been added after gage glass are stainless steel and Ni-base alloy water level sensors...
