Viscosity Coefficients Determination

Viscosity Coefficients Determination

Since centrifugal pump characteristic curves are developed for water as a medium, I need to know on the calculation method of the viscosity coefficient for flow, head, power and efficiency for light fuel oils and gasoline (the latter of which I think that I can use water without too much error).
Is this just a simple ratio of medium of interest to water?

No need to reply, I got my answer from Kent"Power" 12th Ed. pg 5-69

RE: Viscosity Coefficients Determination

Hope you have got on OK with this - for other readers benefits, there are various methods of calculating this, but try Hydraulics Institute for a good system !!
