Hello

Can someone tell how you make parameters to cut would and glass, and if possible coper

RE: making parameters bystronic

parameters for glass or wood you are not going to find on any Bystronic machine anymore.  Copper cutting parameters you will find on any new machine.  This has a lot to do with safety regulations becoming more strict each day.

oke but how do you make parameters for the bystronic

RE: making parameters bystronic

the best way to make a parameter for wood is to pick a nitrogen cutting parameter the same thickness as your wood that you are going to cut and save it with a new name then change power 500 watts & nitrogen cutting gas pressure to
0.5 to 1 bar. this is very approx but will get you going
depending on the thickness & type your trying to cut.
the most important thing to remember is if you do not have
the foot type height sensor you must turn off height detection
in set up otherwise the z axis will crash into the sheet at high speed. We cut wood and adjust the height manually.
I could email parameters for a byspeed 4.4 if required
You should also have an operator at the machine at all times
when cutting wood.
