Dynamic Analysis

Is there a way to use the output of one model to feed it into another?  For example, lets say you have a beam with 3 nodes (each node is pinned..1g body load).  Now after running a simulation for some dt and getting its response, you want to run another analysis with only 2 nodes pinned.  The catch is I want to used the deformed shaped to be the initial state for this second analysis.

RE: Dynamic Analysis

If you are using the same mesh for both, it is relatively straightforward.  If you're using Femap to set up the problem, go to model, loads, load from output.

Thanks, worked like a charm.
