Solidworks 2007 Pro Dimensioning

Dear Folks;

Heres a simple problem. I have a SW 2007 Pro SP 0 drawing with the units set to feet and inches. In one section view, when I add dimensions I get decimal dimensions. Even if I right click properties and try to change the units to feet and inches, the dimension stays as a decimal. Other dimensions in the view however, behave as expected and display feet and inches.

I've gone back to the .sldasm file and made sure units are feet and inches, and also with the .sldprt files.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

RE: Solidworks 2007 Pro Dimensioning

Check the rounding option for the fractional dimensions.

cheers

RE: Solidworks 2007 Pro Dimensioning

Dimension units can be changed separately so the check to make sure that the dimension is using the default and then check Tools\Options\Document Properties and make sure that the default there is Feet and Inches.

Aha!

The rounding option was unchecked

Many thanks Cor Blimey

Thanks Scott as well but I had already checked the unit properties.
