RE: pressure forming east coast

Question:

What is your volume? You may consider machining these parts from PVC. I would suggest a web search for machined plastic, or if when you say pressure formed - Are you thinking Injection Molded? If so, make sure you build your cavity and force from Stainless steel due to corrosion. Are you locked into using PVC? You may also consider compression molding. Depending on exactly what you are trying to accomplish, there are many various manufacturing techniques that may be used.
