Ball Joint with Four or more 3DoF links

(OP)
We have a pneumatic testing station for cyclic tests on consumer goods of various ilk.  Positioning and alignment has been a cumbersom task. I'd like to attach the air cylinder at each end to struts.  The front would have two struts, the rear three struts.  Problem is: three ball joints can't occupy the same center, leading to twisting moments between the three struts.  Are there any products that incorporate four struts into a ball joint (three supports and one to the cylinder) with intersecting lines of force?
