coating material in high temperature

(OP)
Hi,

I have to install internal coating for crude oil vessel including salt water.

It operating temperature is about 300 degree C.

However, most of the intenral coating material that I found has a 120 degree C temperature limit. It is difficult for finding appropriate internal coating material.

would like provide the appropriate material or brand name or company.

Best regards,

It is a big chance, but perhaps some type of polyurea spray on coating may work.  Contact some polyurea vendors and perhaps they can formulate something special for you.

Perhaps spray metal coatings may work for your application.  I do not know much about spray metal coatings so hopefully someone else can better answer than me.

RE: coating material in high temperature

I definitely suggest a thermal spray coating.  This could be a sacrificial metal coating, corrosion resistant, or etc.  There are many kinds, so you have some research to do.

RE: coating material in high temperature

Did you mean to say 300C? Whats the pressure? I can't think of much that can handle that.  If you ment 300F I know Belzona has a coating that goes over 350F.  If you find something that can handle 300C please post back I would love to know what it is.

RE: coating material in high temperature

I would suggest you try Forrest Paint Company.
