Line spacing in multi-line annotations.
Line spacing in multi-line annotations.
(OP)
Is there a way in SW2007 to change the line spacing in annotations? Has this been changed in SW2008?
In a multi-line annotation, I want to increase the spacing between auto-numbered notes.

RE: Line spacing in multi-line annotations.
In the Height box on the right, change the Space for your note font.
Be sure to save the templates when you are done.
You can also do this for an indvidual note if you do not want to change your document globally. Un-check the 'Use document font' check box in the feature manager, on the left, for your note. Then hit the Font button below that to change your font for that specific note.

The problem is I want to change the spacing between the notes, not every line. I'm looking for the same functionality as in MS Word Paragraph settings where you can change the spacing before or after a paragraph.

I found a terrific macro here http

Lenny Kikstra has a lot of great stuff on his website.
I learned something new today that you can get at those attributes in the API.
Thanks for sharing your find.
