HEY GUYS AND GALS I'M TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO CHANGE THE SCALE OF AN EXISTING DRAWING. THE SCALE IS 1"=100 AND I WANT TO SCALE IT TO 1"=50. I STHERE A WAY TO CHANGE THE TEXT AND BLOCK REFERENCES WITH OUT MOVING THESE ITEMS?

Use paper space to plot at a 2:1 scale.
