eDrawings Storage Directory

When I store an eDrawings file, the default directory is C:\temp.  Is there a way I can change this setting?  I want to store the drawings on our server and it is a hassle to change this path everytime.

Thanks for your help.

RE: eDrawings Storage Directory

I'm assuming you mean when you go to save an edrawing? When I do it, the default directory is the one that contains the model/assembly from which I created the edrawing.

Yes, your are correct.  This question is pertaining to file storing.  The problem is the drawing is stored within Pro/Intralink, so it isn't a true "directory".  We are converting many of our ProE drawings to eDrawings and storing them on the network so that our machine shop people can pull the drawings off the server without the need of a ProE lisence.

I apologize for the confusion.  Its been a LONG day.

RE: eDrawings Storage Directory

I'm not familiar with Pro/Intralink, but from what I can see in edrawings, there isn't a setting for a default directory. It would appear that you're going to have some more LONG days...yawn
