Can any body recommend a lab to do resonant column testing?

RE: Resonant column testing
Not exactly sure what you are after. Is this some type of non-destructive test?

I'm assuming that you're talking about laboratory methods? There are several field options as well.
For low-strain lab determination of G, the res column is the most widely-used, and the only standardized test. Other options are ultrasonic pulse tests or piezoelectric bender element tests.
For high-strain G, lab options are cyclic triaxial test (ASTM D 3999 or 5311), cyclic direct simple shear (not standardized, but advanced labs--such as GeoTesting Expr--are capable of performing) or cyclic torsional shear test.
